I’m John Constantine, Co-Founder and CEO of ARCpoint Group and a growth strategy executive living in Greenville SC. Throughout my career, I have consistently driven business growth and revenue in a variety of capacities:

• As an AI Strategist and Technology Innovator, I help small and midsized businesses identify where artificial intelligence can deliver real, measurable value. By assessing AI readiness across departments, I collaborate with business unit leaders to co-create tools that automate processes, increase efficiency, and uncover new revenue opportunities. Many of these solutions have evolved into market-ready products, helping organizations not only work smarter but also expand their business models. My goal is to make AI tangible—something that drives results, not buzzwords.

• As a Sales and Growth Strategist, I draw on two decades of leading national sales and marketing teams to help organizations clarify their value proposition and scale revenue. I’ve built sales systems that generate predictable growth, designed playbooks that sharpen team execution, and led training programs grounded in world-class methodologies like Challenger, Sandler, and SPIN. Through AI-powered roleplay and ongoing coaching, I help teams practice, improve, and perform at their best—turning learning into consistent sales output.

• As an Executive Coach and Business Leader, I bring the perspective of a former CEO who has managed a $120M organization through both rapid growth and strategic challenges, including mergers, acquisitions, and public market transitions. I understand the pressures of leadership firsthand. My coaching is grounded in real-world experience—helping CEOs, founders, and executives navigate complex decisions, improve strategic clarity, and lead through uncertainty with confidence. I act as a thinking partner, sounding board, and strategic ally.

  As a Strategy Architect, I help companies align their operations, leadership, and growth initiatives with measurable outcomes. Whether through improved forecasting, accountability systems, or cross-functional alignment, I’ve consistently implemented programs that increase productivity and unlock sustainable growth. My work focuses on connecting the dots between vision, execution, and culture.

  As a Builder and Creator, I’ve developed technology stacks and digital tools that transform the way organizations operate—from healthcare systems to franchise networks. Each innovation reflects a belief that technology should serve people, not the other way around.

In all areas of my life, I have been fortunate to engage in work that leaves a lasting and visible imprint on the world. Whether in my professional career, where I developed solutions that improved the lives of millions of patients on opiate therapy or leading ARCpoint through the pivot required to thrive in the new world post-Covid, or through my volunteer work serving vulnerable populations across the globe with both healthcare solutions and agricultural job creation, my goal is to partner with organizations and individuals that are just as passionate about providing “Agaciro” (or dignity through good work) to other humans around the globe.
